Okay so as everyone knows Bravely Default had its launch debut in America last Friday, I for the first time ever had the entire day off from school and work so the fact that this game came out on that day was just incredible. I planned the whole day to play this game that I had been anticipating for months on end, but sadly that day never happened. I went down to the local Gamestop to pick up my order and they told me that none of their orders had come in. Needless to say I was a little irritated, apparently there was an allocation problem and their shipment got mishandled. I then proceeded to ask if I could pick it up at a different store, he then checked the other stores and my luck had to be just terrible on this day because all of the Gamestops had the same problem. I couldn't believe it, my only day off and this is what happens. I guess I should have seen this coming ordering from Gamestop, but I had a gift card someone had given me so I decided why not. Why not indeed.
Anyways just wanted to blow off some steam, I really wanted to review this game, but I guess that's going to have to wait, I won't have another day off for a while. I can only hope the shipment for this game gets sorted out properly and makes a swift delivery. I'm curious so I'm going to as if anyone else had this problem when they went to pick up their copy and if you have received your copy, how good is this game? Let me know below.
